The working temperature range of enamelled reactor is generally 0~200℃.
Specifically, its working temperature has the following requirements:
1、 high temperature resistance: enamelled reactor can work at higher temperatures, generally up to 200 ℃ or more, but up to the upper limit of its design temperature, that is, 200 ℃.
2、 low temperature resistance: enamelled reactors are also able to work at lower temperatures, and some specially designed low temperature enamelled kettles are designed for temperatures up to even -45°C, but generally up to -20°C or less. 34 However, it is also said that the enamelled kettle is less resistant to low temperature, if the temperature is too low it may lead to the destruction of the porcelain layer.
3、 temperature control: enamel reactor needs to have good temperature control capabilities to achieve precise temperature regulation and stabilisation, to avoid large changes in temperature lead to the enamel produced by the stress exceeds its use of stress and is destroyed.
In addition, in the process of using, also need to pay attention to avoid enamel reactor enamel layer in cold, hot rapid change, in order to prevent the phenomenon of burst porcelain. Material temperature and kettle temperature difference should not be too large when feeding, steam should not be too fierce when heating, cooling should not be too rapid.
