Impeller mixer, when the speed is 130r/mim, the circulation volume is larger and the unit power consumed is smaller, so it can be used in a wide range of applications, mainly in the mixing of non-Newtonian fluids (i.e. fluids whose viscosity changes during operation).
The impeller type mixer with appropriate folded plate is suitable for mixing, heat conduction, polymerization, emulsification, gas absorption and suspension, etc. It can achieve effective stirring effect with less power. The stirring of the liquid in the container to produce up and down circulation is particularly significant, so that it is mixed uniformly, and the unit power of the discharge is large, so that the liquid has a large volume of circulation rate and 耑 flow strength, suitable for the occasion requiring strong turbulent mixing.
