How to extend the service life of the anti-corrosion layer of the glass lined reaction kettle

For containers with corrosive working media to materials, anti-corrosion coatings are often used to prevent the corrosion of the media on the vessel walls, such as the lining enamel layer of the glass lined reaction vessel. If these anti-corrosion coatings are damaged, the working medium will directly corrode the contactor wall. So it is necessary to keep the anti-corrosion layer intact and undamaged. Regularly check whether the anti-corrosion layer has fallen off or been scratched or damaged during loading and installation of internal accessories. Pay attention to checking whether the lining is cracked or there is leakage at the weld seam. When damage is found to the anti-corrosion coating, even if it is localized, it should be repaired and properly treated before continuing to use.

① When loading solid materials or container components, attention should be paid to avoiding scraping or damaging the anti-corrosion layer;

② A container with stirring to prevent the agitator blades from colliding with the wall;

③ Containers with built-in fillers, packing rings, etc. should be evenly distributed to prevent bias flow wear caused by fluid medium movement;

④ Regularly check the integrity of the anti-corrosion coating or lining.
