Product FAQ

Why does the glass lined reactor stick to the wall

When using a glass lined reactor, the following precautions should be taken:

Temperature control: It is strictly prohibited to experience sudden cooling or heating to avoid damaging the surface of the enamel glass. The heating or cooling rate should be maintained at around 3 ℃/minute, and the maximum should not exceed 5 ℃/minute.

Material handling: When adding materials, it is necessary to strictly prevent metal hard objects from falling into the enamel glass reaction vessel equipment to avoid damage caused by contact between hard objects and enamel glass surfaces. If there is a blockage at the bottom of the kettle during discharge, metal tools should not be used. Non metal tools can be used to gently poke open it.

Corrosive liquid protection: During operation, try to avoid contact between the outer shell of the glass lined reaction vessel and corrosive liquids such as acid and alkali. Once in contact, wipe it clean with a cloth in a timely manner.

Equipment maintenance: Do not rinse the equipment with water to avoid damage to the insulation layer. After use, the water stored in the jacket should be drained to avoid damage to the equipment due to freezing.

Following the above precautions can extend the service life of the glass lined reactor and ensure its safe operation.
