Catalyst system instrumentation self-control or catalyst pump operation failure leads to the decomposition of stainless steel kettle rupture. Treatment method overhaul, debugging instrumentation to achieve accuracy and sensitivity. Catalyst dosage is too much or feeding speed is too fast, the instantaneous temperature rise is too fast, resulting in decomposition and bursting.
